Ślaski, Ludwik Maurycy

Ślaski, Ludwik Maurycy (Ludwig Mauritius von Slaski), 1890-98 member of the Reichstag of the German Empire. *13.9.1856 Adlig Groß Trzebcz/Trzebcz Szlacheckie near Culm/Chełmno, †1.12.1906 Konstanz, lord of the manor. Son of the member of the Reichstag, Ludwik Romuald Ślaski (Ludwig von Slaski, 1818-1898). After attending grammar school in Culm he studied law in Breslau, Berlin and Heidelberg before becoming a farmer on the family estate in Trzebcz. In February 1890 and in June 1893 he was elected as a member of the Polish parliamentary group in the German Reichstag for the constituency of Thorn-Culm with majorities of 51.3% and 54.59% respectively, in the second ballot. He was a member of the select committees on the homestead law, and petitions.
