Paderborn Ostfriedhof
Near the entrance there is a monument dedicated to Russian victims. It consists of three concrete pillars symbolising the camp fence, in which three plaques with Cyrillic names of the Russian war victims buried in a common grave have been placed. On the other side of the plot there are four rows of graves. Polish men and women are buried in 17 graves. The tombstones are not homogeneous in terms of shape, material, condition and the amount of information. The tombstones were made after the end of the war at the request of the families, friends and colleagues of the deceased, who remained in the camps for DPs.
