Żółtowski, Stefan hrabia (Stefan Graf Zoltowski, Stefan Graf Zóltowski, Stephan von Zoltowski, 1877-81 member of the Reichstag of the German Empire. *8.9.1839 Jarogniewice/Jarogniewice (województwo wielkopolskie) near Czempin (Tschempin)/Czempiń, †19.9.1901 Gluchowo/Głuchowo (powiat kościański) near Czempin: a lord of the manor. After passing his A-levels at the Maria-Magdalena grammar school in Poznan he studied at the universities in Bonn, Heidelberg and Berlin, and at colleges in Strasbourg and Paris. Subsequently he dedicated his energies to administering his estates at Jarogniewice, Gluchowo, Zadory near Czempin, Drozdzyce/Drożdżyce near Stenschewo/Stęszew, Roszkowo/Roszkowo (powiat kościański) in the district of Kosten/Kościan, Kadzewo and Marszewo/Marszewo (powiat śremski), both in the district of Schrimm/Śrem. He resided in Gluchow. He was a Prussian lieutenant a.D. In January 1877 and in July 1878 he was elected as a member of the Polish parliamentary group in the German Reichstag for the constituency of Wreschen-Pleschen/Września-Pleszew with majorities of 83.77% and 80.91% respectively.
