Czartoryski, Zdzisław Aleksander Tytus książę (Alexander Titus Czartoryski, Titus Idzislaw Prinz Czartoryski), 1889-94 member of the 2nd Chamber of the Prussian Landtag, 1890-1903 member of the Reichstag of the German Empire. *4.1.1859 Poznan, †24.1.1909 Sielec near Jutroschin/Jutrosin, philologist, lord of the manor. After attending grammar schools in Poznan, Feldkirch/Ruchocice and Patschkau/Paczków he studied philology in Krakow and travelled throughout Russia, France and Italy. He was the owner of the Sielec estate. In February 1890 and June 1893 he was elected as a member of the Polish parliamentary group in the German Reichstag for the constituency of Kosten-Buk/Kościan-Buk with majorities of 72.99% and 74.05% respectively; in June 1898 for the constituency of Kröben/Krobia with a majority of 64,78%.
